Rob Alberts
Rob is a Middlebury based entrepreneur who has developed, owned and operated several local businesses, including: EastView at Middlebury, Middlebury Fitness, Community Investment Counselors, and Vermont Sun Fitness. Rob has served on several local and State Boards of Directors including as President of the United Way of Addison County, as a Governor appointed commissioner for the Vermont Housing Finance Agency, as a board member of the Better Middlebury Partnership, and currently as Director Emeritus of EastView at Middlebury. He is also an assistant coach for the Middlebury College Men’s Basketball team. Rob lives with his wife Sarah Raunecker and their three children in Bridport.

Becky Dayton
Becky has owned the Vermont Book Shop, an independent bookstore and local institution, since 2005, and the real estate at 34-36 Main Street since 2007. She is a member of the Downtown Improvement District Commission; past board member of the Vermont State Craft Center at Frog Hollow, the Addison County Parent/Child Center, and Better Middlebury Partnership; and is current president of the Addison County Community Action Group, dba: H.O.P.E. (Helping Overcome Poverty’s Effects) board of trustees. Becky lives in Cornwall with her husband Chris and their two teenagers.

Bryan Phelps
Bryan was raised in Middlebury and has extensive real estate experience having owned his own firm that specialized in the management of residential, commercial, mixed-use, and industrial properties. He has experience in public/private financing of complex real estate deals through the equity investment in and syndication of Low Income Housing Tax Credits. Bryan is a licensed real estate broker and currently serves on the boards of the Better Middlebury Partnership, Porter Auxiliary, and the Community House. He is volunteer member of the Weybridge Fire Department. He lives in Weybridge with his wife Jenny and two daughters.
